Are your products made in the United States? 

Yes. All products are handmade with love in the state of Georgia. 

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not! All products have been used and enjoyed by humans. 

Do you offer coupon codes and how do I use them? 

Yes, we offer coupon codes and have occasional sales. Be the first to find out about our sales and receive coupon codes by following us on social media and subscribing to our newsletter. To use a coupon code, enter the code during checkout in the "coupon code" field.

Can I use multiple discount codes at one time? 

Unfortunately, you can not apply two coupon codes at one time or use a coupon code while a sale is going on. 

What if you don't have a scent or product that I want? 

Our customers matter so much to us, so if there is a product or scent that we do not currently offer please email or dm us to let us know what you would like to see from us. If there is a high demand for a product/scent request, we will do our best to create that product for you.

How often can I use a sugar scrub?

I recommend that you use your sugar scrub at least 2-3 times a week, but our scrubs are gentle enough to use daily. 

Can I use a sugar scrub on my face? 

Our sugar scrubs are not meant to be used on the face but stay tuned! We are working on creating a recipe for a face scrub. 

Why is it important to exfoliate? 

Exfoliating removes dead skin cells and leaves you with soft, smooth, silky skin. 

How long will my product last? 

It all depends on how much you use it and how often you use it, but a little bit of product goes a very LONG way. 

What do I do if I left my body butter in the mailbox all day and it melted?

Because our body butters are whipped they are a heat sensitive product. In the case that your body butter has melted, put it in the fridge and it will solidify. Although the volume and consistency would have changed, all of the nutrients will still be in the body butter.

How do I store my body butter?

All body butters should be stored at room temperature and you should never put your body butter in direct sunlight.

What if I have an issue with my order? 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately. At Crowning Scents, we pride ourselves in excellent customer service.  

What if my product arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?

Please send us an email to hello@crowningscents.com with your order number and a picture of your order within 7 days of delivery.

Do you deliver internationally? 

At this time we do not deliver internationally, but that may change in the future. 

How long till I receive my order? 

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of placing your order. 

How do I know when I am supposed to receive my order?

When you place an order with Crowning Scents, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your package. After you place your order, we process your order, package it and then ship it.

What is your shipping policy in the warmer months?

During the warmer months, all orders are shipped out Monday - Wednesday to ensure they reach you in time. Please ship your items to a place where you can quickly retrieve the item.

Do you accept refunds?
